Here is a list of the most commonly asked questions!
Please call 603-383-4567 with any other inquiries.
"Where can I check rates and availability?"
"What are my check-in/out times?"
Cabins: Check-in – 3pm, check out – 12pm.
Campsites: Check-in 2pm, check out – 12pm.
Arrivals are allowed until 8pm
"Is there WiFi?"
Campers have the option to purchase premium wifi if they have a signal - by the day or the week.
"Can I have visitors at my site?"
We allow day guests as well as visitors for longer stays! Day guests are required to register upon arrival. Visitors must leave by 10pm. During peak season (6/19 - 9/7) we charge $14 for adults and $10 for children. During non-peak season we charge $12 for adults and $8 for children. Children ages 3 and under are free.
"How many people are allowed per site?"
The base site fee accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old. 4 adults, 4 children maximum per site. Additional person fee applies.
"How can I change the details of my reservation?"
Give us a call or send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 603-383-4567 and we would be happy to assist you.
"Do you offer any discounts?"
Are you an established photographer, blogger, or social media personality? If you're interested in potentially getting a discount off your next stay, we want to hear from you! Simply contact us with your proposal and links to your website and/or socials. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
"What is the age requirement to rent a cabin or campsite?"
You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 requires adult supervision.
"How far in advance should I make my reservation?"
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance, and we encourage you to re-book your site for 2021 during your stay.
"Do you allow pets?"
Yes, pets are allowed on bookings with an RV (no tents, pop-ups or hybrids). Jellystone Park™ understands that pets are an important part of many families. Check out more information on our Pet Policy Page.
"Where do I get firewood?"
We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station and the Registration Station. Campers are not allowed to bring their own firewood due to state regulations. This is to prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. To preserve the beauty of our wooded camp-resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.
"What is the speed limit?"
Because the campground is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the camp-resort is 5MPH and is strongly enforced for your safety. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
"What is the cancellation policy?"
Our cancellation and refund policies can be found here: https://www.glenelliscampground.com/cancellation-policy
"Will my reservation guarantee a specific site or cabin assignment?"
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable lock in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
"What are the quiet hours?"
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please have consideration for camping neighbors always. Remember TV and radio sound travels. Many families prefer a more natural setting. If you must have your TV outside, please place it as discreetly as possible, so those who are not interested in your TV may enjoy their time as well.
"Can I bring my drone?"
No, we do not allow drones at this time.
